With more than two decades of experience in the power generation industry, Fred is a seasoned Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor and award-winning leader and project manager. In his work to design, build, and commission power plants, he takes a hands-on approach and interacts face-to-face with clients in the field. Throughout his career, Fred’s impeccable track record of strong leadership has translated into outstanding results for his clients. Fred founded StrongForce to create a company focused on exceeding customer expectations and leading the leak detection industry in client satisfaction. Fred earned his engineering degree from Clarkson University.

Andy is a pioneer of the industry and arguably the most experienced and knowledgeable helium leak detection professional on the planet. He has racked up 38 years of experience specifically focused on leak detection. His career started in a lab working for SAIC and EPRI, developing the methodologies for finding condensor leaks using helium and SF6 that are now used industry wide today. He is an endless source of knowledge and stories from plants around the world. He has inspected thousands of units, in all 50 states, and over 20 countries worldwide. He's a bit of a mad scientist, and laser focused on solving even the most complex problems for our clients.
